German Cockroaches
-
These roaches are often associated with heavy infestations in apartments, restaurants, and hotels. They are easily distinguished by their 2 dark ‘racing” stripes on the pronotum. One female roach can be responsible for hundreds of offspring in her lifetime. The average lifespan is 1 year.
-
They usually nest in kitchens, bathrooms, and rooms adjacent. They are capable of massive infestations that spread throughout a whole house. They are hitchhikers and get brought in from outside sources. Once they find food and a cool, damp area in your home, the infestations begins.
-
German Roaches almost always require pesticide intervention. However, pesticides are not the first step in the process. Sanitation is required before any pesticide applications can be done. We have a detailed German Roach Prep Sheet listing all the areas for you to deep clean and empty out before our arrival. If you have these roaches in your home, it should not be taken lightly. These roaches develop a pesticide resistance faster than most pests, making it impossible to just “maintain.”

We have dedicated German Roach services for homes, businesses, and apartments. We require proper sanitizing be done before any pesticide is applied. When we arrive for service, we are expecting to have everything in correct order as the German Roach Prep Sheet states. After our initial German Roach service, we schedule a follow up to re-assess the condition, bait, and set monitoring devices to ensure the population is no longer present.
