 FAQs

  • It depends on the product and the treatment. Most of our products used on a general pest application take about 1 hour to dry. Some exceptions would be Flea or German roach treatments. These usually need an interior application and may require you to be out of your home for up to 4-6 hours.

  • Pesticides in themselves are not "safe". However, our pest control services are. Here's why:

We follow directions from the label. (e.g. if the label says we can't treat certain areas, we don't.)

We take extra steps to protect you. (e.g. client education, moving kids toys, moving dog bowls, and moving anything that may come in contact with our products while applying.)

We follow IPM. (Integrated Pest Management) This is a huge one for us. During each service, whether it's your first visit, or your 10th, we are looking for conducive conditions that can be corrected without the use of pesticides. We will let you know if there are any issues that can be fixed.

Lastly, we always choose the safer method. (e.g. if there are ants in your home, we will use baits. This allows the application to be much smaller and significantly reduce the risk of exposure.)

We know other companies claim that everything they use is "safe and effective," but we value integrity and honesty. We do not tolerate the distribution of false information to get a sale. If you have any further questions in regard to our services and public safety, call or text us at (909)257-9708.

  • During your first visit, we make all the recommendations needed to make sure your home is not a safe space for pests. If you would like to prepare beforehand, here is a few things that you can do to help:

    1. Clean up leaf litter.

    2. Trim back shrubs and bushes from the walls of your home.

    3. Pick up all toys and food dishes in the yard.

    4. Remove all debris and storage away from the home.

  • Generally, we do not apply pesticides while it is raining. This is not considered safe, and can cause the product to enter into non-targeted areas. However, if you are experiencing a pest issue inside your home, we can apply products there as instructed by the label. (e.g. ants getting flushed in, ground spiders, etc)

  • If it rains before, or after your application, you will see no difference. We are mindful of the changing weather patterns and plan accordingly. Most of our products take up to an hour to dry. Once they dry, they bind to the surface and remain effective. Furthermore, if you experience issues after a rain event, call us and we'll get it taken care of.
